These are a few of our current and past tenants, some of them have been with us over fifteen years and some of them are only a few months in. A few of them started with us and after a few years have now moved into their own spaces.

Temple Pastries was created by Christina Wood and the city of Seattle in 2018. After years of baking in Gainsville, Florida, a 3,000 mile move to Seattle in 2015, and a few more years of baking, Christina went out on her own. Since then, Temple Pastries has grown from a few pop-up shops a month to the shelves of some of the best coffee shops and markets in Seattle.

i5 Pho, a new Vietnamese pho restaurant, is the ultimate American Dream. The dream was started by three Vietnamese brothers who shared a passion for authentic, homemade Vietnamese food and a vision to provide the same delicious Pho noodle soup that their mom made for them to all who need a bit of love, warmth, and nourishment.
